But we understand that despite our efforts, we may sometimes fail to reach your expectations. For such unfortunate events, PHOCOM has an extensive return policy to address your concerns.

Return Process

Please follow the following process to return any faulty or damaged product:

  • Visit the website and fill the form to initiate the return
  • Let us know the reasons for returning the product
  • We will review your query and get back to you at your email address regarding the status of your query
  • Once your request is accepted via email, pack the product in its original packaging and send it via any courier service to our headquarters
  • We will review the product and credit the money to your account within five to seven working days of receiving the product
  • Feel free to connect with our customer support in case of any queries

Refunds & Replacements

You have the right to request a replacement in the following cases:

  • You have received a damaged product
  • The product is different from the one you ordered
  • The product does not match your prescription

Please report a faulty or damaged product within seven days of receiving the order. To request a replacement, please follow the return process listed above.

PHOCOM will pay for the delivery charges in case you have received a damaged or faulty product.

We only take responsibility for the products purchased via our website. We are not responsible for our products purchased from a third party.

Order Cancellation

We explicitly reserve the right to cancel your order in the following cases:

  • The product you ordered is currently out of stock
  • You provided an incorrect address for delivery
  • We have reasons to believe that your purchase is intended to resell the product
  • We do not deliver in your city/state
  • Your order is marked as suspicious, suggestive of fraud, or illegality by our security system
  • Please note customized orders cannot be refunded or replaced.

If an order is canceled that you already paid for, our team will reimburse the amount in your account within five to seven working days.

We may update our return policy over time. Please read the policy before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.
